Four ingredient peanut butter balls

The Nude Nutritionist Lyndi Cohen’s Salted Peanut Butter Balls tick all the right boxes.

We’re pretty sure these balls of goodness will soon be on high-rotation in your household.



  • 80g raw almonds
  • 8 fresh dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • a pinch salt


  • Add almonds, dates and peanut butter to the food processor. Blitz until a crumb.
  • Roll into small balls (makes around 12) and finish with a pinch of salt on top.
